How to Choose Which AI Model Bella Uses in Chat

Bella can run on different AI models. You can choose which model powers your conversations, letting you balance speed, depth, quality, and cost.

ChatGPT 5.6 Luna	The Auto default – fast, balanced everyday chat at no cost

Premium Models (usage-based)

Claude Haiku 4.5	Quick, balanced answers at the lowest premium cost
ChatGPT 5.6 Terra	Strong reasoning and structured explanations
Claude Sonnet 5	Deep, nuanced Human Design guidance
Claude Opus 5	Deepest analysis, most nuanced responses

Premium models are billed from your monthly AI allowance or purchased balance. Check your balance on the Usage page before switching. Older model names (Grok, Gemini, ChatGPT 5.2, Claude Opus 4.8 and others) automatically forward to the closest current model, so previously saved selections keep working.

How to Change the Model

1. Open any chart and go to the Bella chat area.
2. Look for the model selector near the message input (a dropdown or icon).
3. Click to open the model list.
4. Choose your preferred model.

Your choice applies to all future messages in that session. You can switch models mid-conversation at any time.

Tips

• Start with Auto for quick questions.
• Switch to Claude Opus 5 for deep chart analysis or complex interpretations.
• Different models may give slightly different interpretations of the same chart.
